Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently utilize metal recovered from slag developed in a dephosphorizing treatment and a desiliconizing treatment of molten iron as the iron source without developing the danger of steam explosion and non-melting metal in the dephosphorizing treatment and the desiliconizing treatment processes of the molten iron. SOLUTION: In the method for pre-treating the molten iron, applying the dephosphorizing treatment or the desiliconizing treatment by supplying oxygen source into the molten iron, the metal 16 recovered from the slag developed in the dephosphorizing treatment or the desiliconizing treatment of the molten iron, is added toward the molten iron from the upper part of the molten iron before starting this treatment or during treating term. In this way, this metal can efficiently be utilized as the iron source without developing the danger of the steam explosion and the non-melting metal. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
