Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering crystals from a slurry continuously for a long period without causing the clogging of a filter material. SOLUTION: Crystals in a slurry are continuously recovered by supplying the slurry to a filter having a rotary filter material. Soluble components in a solvent are precipitated to prevent the deposition of the components on the filter material during filtration by a method to lower the temperature of the slurry solution supplied to the filter by the bubbling of nitrogen gas, a method to lower the temperature by passing the solution through a heat-exchanger or a combination of both methods, and the nitrogen gas used in the bubbling is used as a blowing gas for peeling the cake.
