Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure of vehicular side-view mirror capable of reliably eliminating any thermal deformation of a base at low cost. SOLUTION: In the seal structure, a seal rubber 4 is interposed in a compressed state between a mirror base 2 of a side-view mirror 1 and a vehicle body 3. A seal lip 46 abutted on the vehicle body in the compressed state is provided along an outer periphery of the surface of the seal rubber 4. A rib 21 provided on a bottom surface of the mirror base 2 in the compressed state along the outer periphery on a back surface side of the seal rubber 4 prevents deformation of the mirror base 2 by the reaction force of the seal lip 46 by providing a seal groove 41 having a portion in contact with its groove bottom and a portion separate therefrom.
