Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a painting method for painting an automobile body after rapidly and inexpensively adsorbing the dust sticking scatterably to the required area within the room of the automobile body to the automobile body, and a painting apparatus used for the same. SOLUTION: Prior to top coating of the the automobile body by electrostatic painting, the required area within the room of the automobile body is electrostatically charged by an electrostatic gun 10 to adsorb the dust 49 sticking scatterably to the required area in the room of the automobile body, and thereafter the inside and the outside of the room are top coated by the electrostatic painting.
