The cooker has the inclining mechanism in which the lid is pivoted inclinably in at least a rotating direction of the rotary arm 21 to the sub arm and the lid is inclined by a predetermined angle in the rotational direction of the rotary arm by a spring 45 when opening the lid turning the rotary arm.
