COOKER FOR BUSINESS-USE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker for business-use using a large cooking pan and having a lid opening and closing the cooking pan and preventing the cooker from being contaminated by drops of water falling from the inner face of the lid when opening and closing the lid. SOLUTION: The cooker for business-use is provided with a cooking pan 1 heating ingredients to be cooked after receiving the same opening its upper face and having a heat source such as a heater arranged in its outer bottom portion. The cooking pan is held by a pair of right and left pedestals 6, and an arm openably and closably pivoting the lid 24 for opening and closing the opening is supported by the upper face of one of the pedestals adjacent to the opening. The arm is constituted at least of a supporting post secured to the upper face of the pedestal, a rotary arm 21 turnably pivoted to the supporting post, and a sub arm 22 turnably pivoting the lid on the front end of the rotary arm. The cooker has the inclining mechanism in which the lid is pivoted inclinably in at least a rotating direction of the rotary arm 21 to the sub arm and the lid is inclined by a predetermined angle in the rotational direction of the rotary arm by a spring 45 when opening the lid turning the rotary arm.
