COOKER FOR BUSINESS USE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker for business use using a large cooking pan and having a lid for opening and closing the cooking pan having enhanced operability when opening and closing the lid. SOLUTION: In the cooker for business use having the cooking pan receiving ingredients to be cooked by opening its upper face and heating the same and heat sources such as heaters arranged in its outer bottom portion, the cooking pan is held by a pair of right and left pedestals, an arm openably and closably pivoting the lid for opening and closing the opening is supported by the upper face of one of the pedestals adjacent to the opening, the arm is constituted at least of a supporting post 18 secured to the upper face of the pedestal and a rotary arm turnably pivoted by the supporting post, and a spring biasing the rotary arm in an opening direction of the lid is arranged in the supporting post or the rotary arm.
