Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a method for displaying a color image so that an observer can satisfactorily discriminate the difference of colors by reflecting not only the characteristics or peripheral environment of equipment itself but also the visual characteristics of the observer when executing color reproduction by a color display unit or a color projecting equipment. SOLUTION: In this color image display method for displaying a color image by inputting a plurality of color input signals to every pixel, input correction parameters are preliminarily decided independently for four or more hues, and the input signal is corrected according to the input correction parameter. The input correction parameters are respectively based on the threshold of saturation to discriminate an achromatic color from the chromatic color of the hue. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
