Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts replacement timing detection device, a component replacement timing detection method, and a computer program capable of detecting component replacement timing taking into account not only the extent of abrasion but also vibration, shock, etc. SOLUTION: The invention comprises a plurality of speed sensors for detecting the operation speed for each of the components constituting an apparatus, and an arithmetic processing device for calculating whether or not a component is at the stage of replacement based on the detected operation speed for each of the components. The arithmetic processing device calculates a derivative value of the operation speed for each of the components detected by the speed sensor at a constant time interval, accumulates the calculated derivative values, and outputs the state that the component is at the stage of replacement when the derivative values accumulated for each part are determined as reaching the predetermined value.
