IMAGE INPUT DEVICE AND IMAGE INPUT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image input device capable of performing detection of higher sensitivity in both of fine unevenness and a concentration change part. SOLUTION: The image input device is equipped with an imaging part 101 for detecting the reflected light from the surface of a measuring target by two-dimensionally arranged optical elements to photograph the two-dimensional image of the measuring target, a partial image acquiring part 102 for acquiring a partial image satisfying a predetermined pixel selecting condition from the two-dimensional image on the basis of the distribution of the reflected light in the two-dimensional image photographed by the imaging part 101, a linear image calculation part 103 for shifting a plurality of the partial images continuously acquired from the partial image acquiring part 102 by the number of pixels calculated on the basis of the moving speed of the measuring target to add them and calculating the line image and an image acquiring part 10 for sub-scanning the line image calculated in the line image calculation part 103 as a main scanning image to acquire the two-dimensional image of the measuring target.
