Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing lifetime estimating method of a roller bearing capable of approaching a result acquired by a lifetime calculation expression of the roller bearing furthermore close to an actual rolling fatigue life. SOLUTION: In this estimation method of the bearing lifetime of the roller bearing, foreign matter included in a lubricating oil of a specific device equipped with the roller bearing is collected by a filter, and the size of the largest foreign matter in the collected foreign matter is measured, and statistical processing is performed based on the measured size of the largest foreign matter, and the maximum size of the foreign matter in the lubricating oil is estimated, to thereby estimate the bearing lifetime of the roller bearing.
