Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fine particle coated organic material produced by fixing fine particles of a metal, ceramic or an organic substance on the surface of an organic material and to provide a method for coating an organic material with fine particles. SOLUTION: The fine particle coated organic material is obtained by fixing fine particles of a metal, ceramic or an organic substance having ≤30 μm particle diameters to the surface of a fiber, film or bulk body molding made of an organic material as a substrate through at least one kind of a binder of a silane-based binder, an aluminate-based binder and a titanate-based binder. The substrate is immersed in a solvent in which the fine particles and the binder are dispersed. The fine particles are attached and fixed on the surface of the substrate in the solvent.
