Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition for UV ray screening and stain resistance capable of forming a coated film, in a short time, superior in weatherability, transparency, close adhesion to a substrate, processability and various resistances and having various functionalities such as anti-fouling, water repellency or the like. SOLUTION: The resin composition for UV ray screening and stain-resistant coating contains (A) a polymer comprised of (a) a monomer with a carbon-carbon unsaturated double bond and a polyorganosiloxane chain of 1-80 wt%, (b) a monomer with a carbon-carbon unsaturated double bond and a crosslinkable functional group of 10-80 wt% and (c) a monomer of 0-89 wt% excepting (a) and (b), (B) a polymer comprised of 10-100 wt% of the monomer (b) with a carbon-carbon unsaturated double bond and a crosslinkable functional group and (c) a monomer of 0-90 wt%, excepting (a) and (b), (C) a dispersing resin and (D) a metal oxide with UV absorbing capability.
