SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises (2) 1-300 parts wt. of a filler based on (1) 100 parts wt. of a modified conjugated diene-based polymer containing at least one kind of a group selected from the group of an alkoxysilyl group, an amino group, an acid anhydride group and a carboxy group.
