Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate cleaning device for the purpose of completely removing unnecessary printing members from a printing plate without generating particles causing deterioration of product quality, in manufacturing a color filter with a printing method. SOLUTION: The plate cleaning device is provided with a cleaning liquid discharge nozzle for discharging a cleaning liquid or an organic solvent, a pure water discharge nozzle for cleaning the unnecessary printing members to be removed with the pure water, a suction nozzle for sucking the cleaning liquid and the pure water containing the unnecessary printing members to be removed, and an air knife for promoting drying of the printing plate, and is characterized in that the device cleans the printing plate surface without contacting with the plate surface.
