PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold constituted so as not only to facilitate the revolving operation of a valve part but also to prevent the revolution of the valve part caused by the flow of a molten resin. SOLUTION: The mold 18 is constituted so that lock member arranging spaces 35 are provided on the side opposite to the passage surfaces of material supply passages 45 and first and second through-holes 33 and 31 are provided between them and equipped with flow rate adjusting members 6-9, which have the valve parts 30 having the shaft parts 42 inserted in the first through-holes 33 and control the flow rates of the material supply passages 45, and the lock members 48 arranged in the lock member arranging spaces 35, having the insertion holes provided to the shaft parts 42 and having the male screws at the positions facing to the second through-holes 31. The lock members 48 are inclined with respect to the shaft parts 42 so as to lock the shaft parts 42 by stretching the end parts of the male screws against the mold 18 by revolving the male screws through the second through-holes 31.
