Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protective film for a solar cell excellent in ultraviolet shielding properties, water vapor barrier properties and the adhesion with an EVA resin and also excellent in heat stability, and a solar cell laminate using it. SOLUTION: The surface protective film for the solar cell is a laminated film constituted so that a base material film is a polyester film and has at least an ultraviolet shielding layer and a water vapor barrier layer and an easy adhesive layer containing an oxazoline group-containing polymer as a crosslinking agent is provided at least on one outermost surface layer and characterized in that the heat shrinkage factor of the surface protective film at 150°C is -0.5 to 0.5% in both of the MD direction (longitudinal direction of the film) and TD direction (the laterial direction of the film) of the film and the absolute value of the difference between the heat shrinkage factors in the MD and TD directions of the film is 0.3% or below.
