Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a metallic structure member having excellent strength at a reasonable manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This method compeises: a stage for forming a preformed body 20 having a part where work hardening on the basis of the impartation of shearing strain is caused from a tubular base stock; and a stage for hydrostatically forming formed goods which are applied to the metallic structural member by bulging and deforming the preformed body 20 by the impartation of the liquid pressure to the inside of it.
