Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method that is an inexpensive coating process capable of providing a coating composite material having good adhesion, cutting resistance, and smoothness and can achieve coating by a wet-on-wet-on-wet ("WOWOW") method. SOLUTION: In this method, composite coating is formed on a substrate. The method includes the step of (A) coating an aqueous primary coating composition onto a part of a surface of a substrate to form an uncured primary coating thereon. The primary coating composition comprises the following components: (1) at least one heat curable dispersion containing polymeric fine particles having functionality adapted to react with a crosslinking material; and (2) at least one crosslinking material. The fine particle contains (a) at least one acid functional reaction product of ethylenically unsaturated monomers and (b) at least one hydrophobic polymer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
