Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a coated product having a uniform coated film thickness capable of removing stepped nonuniformity caused by vibration of a blade in gravure coating equipment. SOLUTION: In gravure coating, the top end of the blade 22 is brought into contact with a roller surface 16A of a gravure roller 16, coating liquid excessively attached to the roller surface 16A is scraped off and, thereby, a coated amount to a continuously running belt-like supporter 18 is measured. Therein, the blade 22 is supported by a blade support device via a blade holder 21 and the blade holder 21 has such a structure as to hold the blade 22 by fastening a plurality of parts in the blade holder width direction with a bolt in the state that the base end part of the blade 22 is held between upper and lower blocks. The blade holder 21 satisfies the relation; F≤0.1×n×T, wherein a contacting force between the gravure roller 16 and the blade 22 is F kgf, the number of bolts is n and a fastening torque of each bolt is T kgfm.
