COOKER FOR BUSINESS USE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker for business use comprising the drain hole in the bottom part of a cooking pan for business use, which is constituted so that a drain stopper for opening/closing a drain hole and an opening/closing axis for opening/closing the drain stopper are easily attachable and detachable. SOLUTION: The cooker for business use comprises: the cooking pan having an open top, so as to store an object to be cooked and heating the object, where heat sources such as a heater are mounted on the outer bottom part; the drain hole arranged at the substantially center position of the bottom part in the cooking pan; a drain pipe for draining, which is connected to the outer side of the drain hole; and the drain stopper mounted at the inner side of the drain hole, so as to be opening/closing possible. The opening/closing axis which is operated by an operation lever and moved in a vertical axial direction inside the drain pipe is stored in the drain pipe, so as to be freely removable from the inner side of the drain hole.
