Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the stripping of a riser from a connection layer or cracking in a carbon layer when a commutator is composed using the carbon layer on which a brush slides, the connection layer formed on the surface of the carbon layer using iron, and the riser boded to the connection layer. SOLUTION: In the commutator of a motor, the connection layer 7 and the riser 9 are bonded with a solder material 8 composed of a conductive alloy where components are adjusted so that Sn falls within a range of 90-94 wt% and Cu falls within a range of 10-6 wt% so that a temperature is higher than the fusing point of a coil 3 but has no risk of cracking a carbon layer 6 in a temperature variation between a temperature rise and cooling when the riser 9 is bonded.
