Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rare-earth-based nano composite magnet improving rectangularity and containing Ti. SOLUTION: The molten metal of an alloy has a compositional formula of (Fe1-nTn)100-x-y-z-l-mQxRyTizNblMm. In this case, T is an element selected from a group of Co and Ni, Q is an element selected a group of B and C, R is an element selected from a group of yttrium and a rare earth element, and M is an element selected from a group of Al, Si, Mn, Cu, Zn, Ga, Ag, Pt, Au, Pb, V, Ta, W, Mo, and Cr; x, y, z, l, and m are 10≤x≤17, 6≤y≤11, 0.1≤z≤10, 0.1≤l≤6, and 0≤m≤6 atom.%, respectively; and 0≤n≤0.5 is met. The molten metal alloy is cooled and coagulated by a melt spinning method. An iron group rare earth nano composite magnet, which has magnetic characteristics of Br≥0.8 T, HcJ≥600 KA/m, and Hk/HcJ≥0.35, is manufactured from the rapidly-coagulated alloy.
