SUPPORT DEVICE FOR MANAGING PRODUCTION FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support device for managing production facility capable of easily grasping replacement timing of a production tool without using an expensive counter or the like. SOLUTION: A computer is used as a usage count calculating means 11b for combining actual production data with manufacture information data to calculate a usage count of the production tool, a usage count determining means 11c for determining whether or not the usage count is approaching a limit count, and whether or not the usage count has reached the limit count, a first instruction output means 11d for outputting a replacement instruction of the production tool when the usage count approaches the limit count, a second instruction output means 11e for outputting the replacement instruction of the production when the usage count reaches the limit count, a history creating means 11j for creating history data including an actual usage count of the production tool, a limit count calculating means 11k for calculating an average value of actual usage counts in times of replacement of the production tool up till the last time as the limit count, and a display control means 16a for displaying the usage count calculated by the process or the like.
