Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate backlash in the circumference of an outer cylinder 2 and an inner axis 5 by a simple structure. SOLUTION: A roller 8 (an object which is within a retaining concavity 13) which is engaged with guide grooves 3, 6 receives pressure from an edge 13a on the eccentric side, and the position of the outer cylinder 2 (an inner axis 5) of the roller 8 in the circumference is regulated by the guide grooves 3, 6. Then because of the pressure, the roller 8 is brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the guide grooves 3, 6 which are reverse to the edge 13a. Then the roller 8 adjacent to each other receive pressure from the reverse edge 13a. In other words, a cluster of rollers 8 engaged with the retaining concavity 13 are brought into contact with the guide grooves 3, 6 so that the backlash in the circumference of any of the outer cylinder 2 and the inner axis 5 is eliminated.
