SOLUTION: An ECU performs a program including a step to judge whether the operation is in the neutral control execution mode (S100), a step to judge whether the operation is in the neutral control restitution mode (S200), a step to sense the progressing situation of the neutral control restitution mode (S400) when the accelerator is operated during the neutral control restitution mode (Yes at S300), and a step to prohibit a slip start (S600) if the operation is in the initial period of the neutral control restitution mode (Yes at S500).
