SOLUTION: A friction torque hinge is provided with a shaft 3 fixed on a rotary center of one side leaf 1, sixteen shaft side rings 5 provided to rotate together with the same, eight tube side rings 6 provided to rotate together with an outer tube 4 of another side leaf 2, a belleville spring 7 installed between the shaft side rings 5 and the like, and generates rotary resistant torque corresponding to area of the rings, the number of friction surfaces and compression force of the belleville spring between the shaft side rings 5 and the tube side rings 6.
