Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel reformer in which the amount of hydrogen capable of being reformed is increased by finely dividing a flow passage by using an electric discharge technique. SOLUTION: The fuel reformer has at least two flow passages running in parallel and is characterized in that a hydrocarbon-based fuel is reformed into components each having a small molecular weight by decomposing the molecules of the hydrocarbon-based fuel by performing electric discharge in respective flow passages.
