SOLUTION: Right/left rails 5, 6 are built standing from a functional box 3 containing a local washing device in a toilet bowl body 1, insertion parts 5a, 6b on the bottom end side of the right/left rails 5, 6 are inserted into the functional box 3, stopped turning and fixed, connection parts 5b, 6b on the top end side of the right/left rails 5, 6 are connected with an upper end connection part 7 above the toilet seat.
