SOLUTION: The functional unit 11 mounted detachably to a control center 10, is equipped with a power grip 5 which is arranged so as to be connected with a bus 12 within the above control center 10, a breaker 6 for power distribution which is connected with the above power grip 5, an electromagnetic contactor 7, etc., and it is composed of a top plate 1, a mounting plate 4 which is mounted under this top plate 1, and side plates 2 and 3 which cover the flank of the mounting plate 4, being mounted to the top plate 1, and also the top plate 1 is provided with a roof hole 1a which allows the hand of a worker to be inserted.
