IMAGING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise which is mixed at the time of the transmission of image signals from an imaging device to a signal processor. SOLUTION: The imaging device 10 has an image signal generation unit 11, a timing generator 12 and first and second output parts 13 and 14. The first output part 13 and the second output part 14 are connected to the image signal generation unit 11 in parallel. The image signal generation unit 11 has imaging pixels 21P which output pick-up image signals, black pixels 21B which output black image signals and a reference pixel 21S which outputs a reference signal. The imaging pixels 21P and the black pixels 21b are connected to the first output 13 part through a CDS/SH circuit 40. The reference pixel 21S is connected to the second output part 14.
