NURSING CARE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM USING INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing care management system using information communication technology. SOLUTION: The nursing care management system using information communication technology connects a care agency 1 and a care receiver 2 via a communication network 3 by constant connection, where the care agency 1 and the care receiver 2 exchange image, voice and character information interactively. The care agency 1 dispatches a caregiver to the care receiver 2 according to care request information sent from the care receiver 2 and a caregiver information database recording information about caregivers contracting with the care agency. When the care receiver 2 makes a medical emergency request added to the care request information, the care agency 1 displays emergency request information on a display device 104 of the care agency 1 and sends the medical emergency request information to a medical institution 6 connected with the care agency 1 via the communication network, and the medical institution 6 exchanges image, voice and character information interactively with the requesting patient 7 connected via the communication network to diagnose the patient.
