Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condition detector capable of detecting precisely a condition of a charge accumulating device by correcting sequentially characteristic information required for detecting the condition of the charge accumulating device, and a deterioration determining device and an initial characteristic extractor using the same. SOLUTION: A measuring means 300 acquires at least a current, a voltage, and a temperature of the charge accumulating device 200, as measured values. A computing means 110 detects the condition of the charge accumulating device, using the measured values and the characteristic information stored in a storage means 130. A contradiction detecting means 120 detects a result of the condition detection found by the computing means 110 as a contradiction running out of a theoretical value, when the result varies exceeding a prescribed threshold value and is inverted with respect to the measured values acquired by the measuring means 300. A correction means 140 corrects the characteristic information stored in the storage means 130 in response to the contradiction detected by the contradiction detecting means 120.
