PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture content judging device capable of accurately calculating the moisture content contained in a medium without being affected by an environment in which an image forming apparatus is installed, and the image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus is equipped with a moisture content sensor 80 and a control part 900.
