Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle device capable of effectively recovering expansion power with a simple constitution and reducing power consumption, in the refrigerating cycle device utilizing an expander. SOLUTION: In this refrigerating cycle device using the expander, a first compressor 1, a heat source-side heat exchanger 3, the expander 4, a gas-liquid separator 5, first pressure reducing means 6a, 6b and use-side heat exchangers 7a, 7b are successively connected by pipes, and carbon dioxide is used as a refrigerant. A gas-side outlet portion of the gas-liquid separator 5 and a discharge portion of the first compressor 1 are connected through a second compressor 12 driven only by recovering power from the expander 4.
