Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of erroneous locking of tracking a multipass with recognition that a target exists in the direction different from the target direction, when receiving a reflected wave from the target with a clutter signal from a sea level and the ground surface, when detecting and tracking a target signal by receiving a direct reflected signal from the target, by transmitting a radio wave toward the target. SOLUTION: Though conventionally performing transmission-reception by a single polarized wave, this method uses a transmission-reception method in two kinds of polarized wave methods of transmission-reception (an HH signal) by a horizontal polarized wave and transmission-reception (a VV signal) by a vertical polarized wave. In a direct reflected wave from the target and a clutter reflected wave (the multipass) via the sea level and the ground surface, the phase difference is shifted by 180 degrees in the HH signal and the VV signal. The direct reflected signal from the target and the clutter reflected wave (the multipass) are separated by processing a signal by using this phase difference, and lock-on can be held by tracking the target without being influenced by the clutter reflected wave (the multipass).
