Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamable resin composition which has electrical conductivity and biodegradability, and which exhibits excellent productivity. SOLUTION: The resin composition is provided by compounding and reacting a polylactic acid consisting of the L-isomer and the D-isomer in a mole ratio of 95/5 to 64/40, or of 40/60 to 5/95, with 0.5 to 5 percent by weight, based on the polylactic acid, of a polyisocyanate having an isocyanate group of 2.0 equivalents or more per mole, and with an electrically conductive carbon.
