Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin cured by active energy rays or heat, and having good destaticizing properties, transparency, weather resistance, flexibility of a coated film and heat resistance while keeping adhesion to a base material and strength of the coated film by using a resin composition for destaticizing, using a prepolymer of a specific polyisocyanate and a specified (meth)acrylate. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition is obtained by compounding a reactive diluent having a (meth)acryloyl group or an epoxy resin, and a photopolymerization initiator or a curing agent with the resin composition for destaticizing, using the prepolymer obtained by reacting a specific trifunctional polyisocyanate with a specified hydroxy group-terminated polyalkylene glycol mono(meth)acrylate in an ratio of the equivalent of the isocyanate group/the equivalent of the hydroxy group regulated so as to be 0.8-1.2.
