Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fork lift equipped with a pallet-locking device without intercepting the field of view of an operator performing the loading operation on a cab and capable securing a good working environment to the operator. SOLUTION: The fork lift having a mast 2 installed upright on a fork lift body, a lift bracket 4 elevated and sunk along the mast and a fork 3 supported by the lift bracket, is furnished with the pallet-locking device 10 consisting of a lock bar 14 for locking a pallet, a lock operation device 12 installed on a back rest 29 arranged in the upper part of the lift bracket for operating the lock bar 14, and a power transmitting means to connect the lock bar mechanically with the lock operation device.
