SUSPENSION MEMBER FASTENING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detach a fastening part from a suspension member or a vehicle body side. SOLUTION: In this suspension member fastening structure 10, a suspension member 26 is displaced to a rear side of a vehicle at the time of front collision of a vehicle. Because the rear side of the vehicle of a collar 42 is not coupled with a top wall 26A of the suspension member 26, a rear fastening part 26 easily rotates to the rear side of the vehicle by displacement of the suspension member 26 to the rear side of the vehicle. Furthermore, the suspension member 26 is guided to a rear inclined face 18 of a sub side member 16 on a front inclined face 46, to promote downward displacement.
