DUST COLLECTION BAG FOR VACUUM CLEANER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an increase in thickness of a folded portion in a folding type dust collection bag for a vacuum cleaner which includes an outer layer material and an inner layer material. SOLUTION: The dust collection bag includes: a cylindrical bodies 7 and 11 formed of a first inner layer material 3a, a second inner layer material 3b, and an outer layer material 2, respectively; gusset portions 16 formed with steps at the sides of the cylindrical bodies 7 and 11; and the folded portion obtained by folding the right and left ends of the cylindrical bodies 7 and 11 and forming the cylindrical bodies 7 and 11 into a bag shape. Two inner layer materials 3a and 3b are removed from a region W of the gusset portions 16 within the range of layer materials folded at the folded portion, and the inner layer materials 3a and 3b include protruded pieces 15 and 15 extending in the longitudinal direction in a region X other than the gusset portion 16.
