Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator in which a process to bend a core is simple, the number of dies used for bending is limited, which allows saving of the manufacturing cost, and the number of manufacturing man-hours is reduced, resulting in the enhancement in work productivity. SOLUTION: A stator has a core formed by laminating a plurality of pieces of core plates in the thickness direction, and at least one coils wound over a plurality of teeth formed at equal spacings on the inner circumference of the core. The stator includes a plurality of protruding segments, folded from the outside to the inside on outer circumferential surface of either one among the plurality of pieces of core plates, and a connecting wire for connecting coil winding segments of coils wound for each of the teeth is laid across the protruding segment arranged for each between the teeth, thus supporting the protruding segment.
