ASSAYING METHOD OF BENTONITE AMOUNT IN BENTONITE MIXED SOIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assaying method of a bentonite amount of bentonite mixed soil that does not require a complicated operation in a laboratory or a site, can speedily and accurately determine the bentonite amount, and does not require a special tool or skill. SOLUTION: In the assaying method of the bentonite amount of the bentonite mixed soil formed by mixing the soil and bentonite, the bentonite mixed soil is dispersed into water, coarse grain part in a soil particle is separated and removed through a sieve, suspension after the separation is separated to supernatant liquid and a sedimentation layer by still standing, falling time when a certain amount of supernatant liquid is fallen by a capillary viscometer is measured, and the bentonite mixed amount is assayed based on the falling time.
