SERVER, MACHINE INSTALLATION WORK MANAGEMENT/OPERATION SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generalize, manage and operate machine installation work such that a machine installation time to respective stores is made punctual and quickness, efficiency and accuracy are collateralized. SOLUTION: In the machine installation work management/operation system is provided with a delivery status management server 1. The sever 1 receives position information of a cellular phone of a delivery agent and converts it to actual whereabouts information. It grasps the present position of the cellular phone from the whereabouts information and manages at least a schedule time regarding the machine installation work. It manages a track record time regarding the machine installation work transmitted from the cellular phone and compared the track record time with the schedule time. When the difference is a predetermined amount or more, it detects that delaying is generated and when the delaying is detected, it informs at least any one of the cellular phone of the delivery agent, a cellular phone of a operation company's person and a generalization center terminal of the matter.
