Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction brush in which a UV germicidal lamp is placed so that the lamp is shielded from dust and the like flowing in from the surface to be cleaned and to provide its production process. SOLUTION: This suction brush having a UV germicidal lamp has a transmission window which is opened toward the surface to be cleaned, a UV germicidal lamp which is fixed in the space inside the transmission window to radiate UV light toward the surface to be cleaned, and a teflon window member attached so that it covers the space inside the transmission window. The production process for the suction brush includes a step for fixing a UV germicidal lamp in the space inside the transmission window opened toward the surface to be cleaned, a step for fitting the teflon window member having joint holes whose shape corresponds with the shape of two or more joint protrusions formed on the circumference of the transmission window, a step for determining the joint position so that air can go through the space inside the transmission window, and a step for fixing the window member by sticking the terminals of the joint protrusions going through the joint holes at the joint position by high temperature/high pressure.
