Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently feed power to each of radiation waveguides at a feed waveguide termination part even in a structure in which bottoms of the feed waveguide and the radiation waveguide are not flush with each other. SOLUTION: The arrangement position and height of a reflection suppression wall 30 corresponding to the radiation waveguide 20 connected to a termination part of the feed waveguide 10 are determined to be a position and a height for suppressing reflected waves from a termination face 12 of the feed waveguide 10 and reflected waves from the radiation waveguides 20. That is, the position of the reflection suppression wall 20 is determined so that a distance L between the reflection suppression wall 20 and the termination face 12 is approximately 1/4 of a wavelength in the waveguide.
