VIDEO CONTENT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND ITS METHOD, VIDEO CONTENT DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM AND STORAGE MEDIUM WITH ITS PROGRAM STORED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video content distribution system and its method for securing the distribution place of video contents for a video content manufacturer, and for enabling the manufacturer to freely set a viewing fee, and for enabling a viewer to freely and easily select video content suitable for his or her own tastes. SOLUTION: This video content distribution system is provided with a content manufacturer data managing means 6 for storing basic data registered by a content manufacturer in a content manufacturer data file 17, and for issuing authentication data to the content manufacturer, a viewer data managing means 8 for storing the basic data registered by a viewer in a viewer data file 21, and for issuing authentication data to the viewer and a content managing means 10 for storing a video uploaded by the content manufacturer to whom the authentication data have been issued and data associated with the video in a content file 24 and for distributing the video and the data associated with the video stored in the content file 24 to a viewer to whom the authentication data have been issued.
