Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductance element which takes up a small area and which can be formed integrally with a substrate. SOLUTION: Strip-shaped conductor patterns 3 and 4 are formed on one side of a substrate 2, and strip-shaped conductor patterns 5, 6, and 7 are formed on the other side. Ends of the conductor patterns 3 and 4 are electrically connected to the ends of the conductor patterns 5 and 6, which are located directly below the ends of the conductor patterns 3 and 4, respectively by using through-vias 10 and 11 penetrating the substrate 2; and the other ends of the conductor patterns 3 and 4 are electrically connected to the other ends of the conductor patterns 6 and 7, which are located directly below the other ends of the conductor patterns 3 and 4, respectively through the substrate 2 by using through-vias 13 and 14, thereby constituting the inductance element 1.
