Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase impact strength of a cover fit to the opening of a covering material in a battery pack in which a battery element is housed in the covering material. SOLUTION: The battery element is housed in the hard covering material 1 having a first opening and a second opening at both ends, and a first cover and a second cover manufactured by resin molding are fitted to the first opening and the second opening. The second cover 3 has one or two or more through holes 32 filling resin between the second cover 3 and the battery element, and a groove 33 installed on the surface facing the battery element. When resin is filled between the second cover 3 and the battery element through the through hole, resin is filled in the groove installed on the surface facing the battery element and cured.
