PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blowing device capable of increasing rigidity of a vane plate itself and efficiency of a vane. SOLUTION: This air blowing device is provided with a plurality of plate-like vanes 9 fixed to a vane boss 8 provided in a rotor 7 of an outer rotor type electric motor 3. The plate-like vane 9 rotates on a horizontal face, a warping rate Tin in a scope of length of the whole length of the vane from a vane root of 30 to 80% is 8% or more, and a warping rate Tout in a scope of remaining length is 8% or less to increase rigidity on a root part side of the vane 9, reduce warping rate in an outer peripheral part, and increase vane efficiency.
